I started this blog over a year ago and through trials and tribulations have made it pretty nice.
At the beginning I had comment boxes on the posts/pages, but sometime after 10/14/19, they vanished. I didn’t know about it until last week when my sister emailed me that she couldn’t comment online.

I’ve done exhaustive research and chatted with WordPress and Bluehost, but I can’t get a resolution.

One forum suggested that added plugins could be the problem, and I have added and deleted various plugins. I currently have: Add Posts to Pages; Akismet Antispam; Broken Link Checker; Elementor; Essential Addons for Elementor; EWWW Image Optimizer; Google Analytics for WP by Monsterinsights; Imsanity; Jetpack by WP; List all URLs; OptinMonster API; Post Type Switcher; Post Type Order; Updraft Plus Backup/Restore; *WP Discuz; WP Forms Lite; Yoast SEO.
*I loaded WP Discuz yesterday hoping it would work, but nope.

If there is supposed to be a Widget for Comments, I can’t find it. Is it possible that I might have deleted it without realizing? I never mess with coding, but could I have accidentally done something to mess that up?
I am really at a loss. I have stuff to post, but I don’t want to do it without comments available.

I have been looking at the live preview and making adjustments to try it out before I activate it. Everything looks beautiful except the comments section of my blog posts. If the person commenting’s name is too long, it runs into the date and runs over it. The same thing with my name. I switched to only using my first name and there is still a problem if the month’s name has more than 4 letters. I hope there is a fix for this because other than that problem, this theme really looks like it will serve my needs.
