The Ample Business Pro Theme I purchased in 2020 (and renewed in 2021) that has worked until this point, is suddenly not working in Appearance->Customize mode. I went under Theme license to make sure it was still valid and the key was missing. When I entered the one from the invoice, it says it’s invalid.

I’ve deactivated all plugins to see if there was a conflict, and it still didn’t work.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry , you have such an experience during using this theme, sometimes due to hosting problem demo data does not import directly , need to do manually , can you please provide your site link and login details at amplethemes@gmail.com , we will see it what happen there, if there any problem we will solve for you ,due to lockdown and covid-19 effect , some staff is not able to work so unable to reply in time sorry for that ,please provide your login details we will set up demo data on your site
