For setup both logo and title description, you need to replace code in header.php file where you find , you need replace this code by

After purchase theme you get a zip file , Then you need to go appearance > themes > add new >upload themes > and drop down there your ample business pro zip file and upload theme after that activate a theme, if you have still please contact us again

There is no any option for main menu, but you have primary option in free theme http://prntscr.com/o2rkre to change menu text color, if you want more color option then you have to switch to our premium theme.
